Whole salami approximately 110g

Ingredients: Wild British venison (73%), pork fat (18%), Port (4.5%), salt (2.4%), Nutmeg (0.4%), herbs, spices. Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Ascorbate

  • Our products are ready to eat, however also taste amazing cooked. Perfect for adding to dishes to add a boost of flavour. 

  • Yes, all our products are gluten free. 

  • Our range comes with a minimum 3 month shelf life (except for platters which have a 1 month shelf life) and can remain ambient until opened. It will be perfectly happy in a cupboard or can be stored in the fridge if you prefer. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
