Each month you’ll receive your letterbox size subscription box through the post containing a different selection of four of our most popular cured meats. A great way to try the range of charcuterie and experiment with different flavours. Try our products in recipes, as part of a charcuterie sharing platter or simply enjoy as a tasty snack.

Each Letterbox Charcuterie Hamper will include a selection of 4 of our most popular cured meats. All made from wild British deer, high welfare British pork and locally sourced ingredients.

All items are gluten free, have a minimum 2 month shelf life and do not need to be refrigerated until opened.

Smoked Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami (110g) - 2 Star Great Taste Award Winner - Made using wild British venison, sloe berries, fresh garlic and a good glug of red wine. Smoked over oak chips for 3 days. Ideal on a charcuterie board or for snacking with a pint.

Dorset Chorizo Picante (150g) - 1 Star Great Taste Award winner - This British pork chorizo is made using hot and sweet smoked paprika. Ready to eat, our chorizo is perfect for snacking or enjoying as part of a charcuterie or antipasti board. It’s equally delicious used as a cooking ingredient in stews, paellas, with fish or on sourdough pizza.

Pink Peppercorn & Purbeck Cider Salami (55g) - 3 Star Great Taste Award winner - made with high welfare British pork, the pink peppercorns add a beautiful aromatic hit with a sweetness from the Purbeck Cider just at the end. This pork salami is a modern day classic.

Dorset Bresaola (55g) - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - A delicate cure of crushed bay leaves, red wine and rosemary. The long ageing process combined with the highest quality grass fed beef makes this a very special product. Perfect for any charcuterie board or serve with rocket and parmesan shavings for the ideal summer lunch.

  • We only use British meat in our products, ensuring our pork is high welfare, beef is grass-fed and venison is wild. Everything is produced on site at our farm in Dorset and can be shipped across the British Isles. 

  • Our products are ready to eat, however also taste amazing cooked. Perfect for adding to dishes to add a boost of flavour. 

  • Yes, all our products are gluten free. 

  • Our range comes with a minimum 3 month shelf life (except for platters which have a 1 month shelf life) and can remain ambient until opened. It will be perfectly happy in a cupboard or can be stored in the fridge if you prefer. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
