A wonderfully versatile pork salami with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. Great as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection or try as a topping for sourdough pizza.

Whole salami, approximately 150g.
Similar to: Finocchiona (Italian), Saucisson Sec (French), Milano (Italian).

British Pork (86%), Red Wine, Pork Fat, Salt, Fennel Seeds (1%), Garlic, White Pepper (<1%), Dextrose, Herbs, Spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

Gluten Free.

Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
